Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti
  • Bacon or pancetta
  • Eggs
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, fry bacon or pancetta until crispy.
  3. In a bowl, mix eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
  4. Drain spaghetti and immediately add it to the bacon, tossing to coat in the fat.
  5. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the egg mixture until the eggs thicken but do not scramble.
  6. Serve immediately with additional Parmesan and black pepper.
