Chicken Stir-Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, etc.), sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients by slicing the chicken breasts thinly, chopping the mixed vegetables, mincing the garlic, and grating the ginger.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp.
- Pour soy sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to combine and coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional minute.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove the pan from heat and serve the chicken stir-fry hot over cooked rice or noodles if desired.
