Chicken Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, etc.), sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients by slicing the chicken breasts thinly, chopping the mixed vegetables, mincing the garlic, and grating the ginger.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced chicken to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp.
  6. Pour soy sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to combine and coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional minute.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Remove the pan from heat and serve the chicken stir-fry hot over cooked rice or noodles if desired.
